Regular Season Round 20: Dreamers - Steelers 103-120

Very important is a loss of third ranked Dreamers (15-10) against fifth ranked Steelers (9-19) on Sunday night. Dreamers were defeated by Steelers 120-103. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Dreamers. Steelers made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Dreamers turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was Canadian forward Anthony Bennett (203-1993, college: UNLV) who had a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds. Point guard Yu-Wei Chen (183-1999) chipped in 25 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international forward Douglas Creighton (196-1985, college: Madonna) produced 25 points and 7 assists and American forward Julian Boyd (203-1990, college: LIU Brooklyn) added 18 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Steelers. Four Steelers and five Dreamers players scored in double figures. Dreamers' coach Kyle Julius tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Steelers have a solid three-game winning streak. Newly promoted Steelers maintains fifth position with 9-19 record. Loser Dreamers keep the third place with ten games lost. Steelers will meet bottom-ranked Pilots (#6) in the next round. Dreamers will play against Pilots and hope to secure a win.
