Rather predictable result when second ranked Taiwan Beer (20-8) defeated 4th ranked Jeoutai (11-17) 65-53 on Sunday. Taiwan Beer forced 19 Jeoutai turnovers and outrebounded them 50-38 including 16 on the offensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Taiwan Beer made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was American swingman Kentrell Barkley (195-1996, college: ECU, agency: Haylett Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Wangzi Gang (183-1993) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Zheng-Kai Feng who recorded 18 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and guard Zong-Lin Lu (175-1993) added 5 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists respectively.
