Regular Season Round 18: TB Herobears - Tainan GH 99-110

Bottom-ranked GhostHawks managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the three-game losing streak. This time they won against fourth-ranked TB Herobears 110-99. GhostHawks made 22-of-29 charity shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. American forward Marcus Gilbert (198-1993, college: Fairfield) scored 35 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Costa Rican-Belizean Charles Garcia (208-1988, college: Seattle) chipped in 24 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American power forward Diamond Stone (210-1997, college: Maryland) with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and the former international point guard Yu-An Chiang (174-1991) scored 18 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. Four GhostHawks and five TB Herobears players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. GhostHawks maintains sixth position with 4-15 record. TB Herobears at the other side keep the fourth place with ten games lost. GhostHawks will play against league's leader Aquas in Kaohsiung in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. TB Herobears will play at home against the league's leader Aquas and hope to get back on the winning track.
