Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Rans Pik (10-7) won against on the road 8th ranked Evos Bogor (3-13) 57-49 on Sunday. American forward Hal Heyward (200-1992, college: Columbus St.) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Jamaican-American Akeem Scott (185-1983, college: High Point) chipped in 15 points during the contest. Scott is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Adrian Christianto (181-1997) responded with 9 points and 6 rebounds and Ivorian Karamoko Cisse (203, college: Rider) scored 6 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rans Pik maintains fifth position with 10-7 record. Evos Bogor lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Bima Perkasa. Rans Pik will meet at home league's second-placed Prawira in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
