Regular Season Round 13: Lioneers - Steelers 103-95

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Lioneers (9-7) beat bottom-ranked Steelers (4-12) 103-95 on Saturday. American Nick Faust (198-1993, college: LBSU) nailed a double-double by scoring 47 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds for the winning side and Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-1992, college: NM State) accounted for 32 points, 20 rebounds and 4 blocks (on 12-of-13 shooting from the field). Canadian forward Anthony Bennett (203-1993, college: UNLV) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 18 rebounds and American center Keith Benson (211-1988, college: Oakland) added 17 points and 17 rebounds respectively for Steelers in the defeat. Four Steelers players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Lioneers moved-up to third place. Steelers lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. Lioneers will meet Dreamers (#4) in the next round. Steelers will play against Dreamers and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
