The game in Taoyuan was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Suns (9-7) played at the court of 6th ranked Leopards (2-11). Suns managed to secure a 6-point victory 108-102 on Sunday. Palestinian power forward Sani Sakakini (204-1988) nailed a double-double by scoring 29 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side and American guard Anthony Tucker (193-1989, college: MSUM) accounted for 20 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 7 steals. American point guard John Gillon (183-1994, college: Syracuse) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import Deyonta Davis (208-1996, college: Michigan St.) added 19 points, 18 rebounds and 5 blocks respectively for Leopards in the defeat. Four Suns and five Leopards players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Suns maintains fourth place with 9-7 record. Leopards lost eighth consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with 11 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
