Regular Season Round 11: TB Herobears - Tainan GH 114-105

Rather expected game when 5th ranked GhostHawks (2-10) were defeated by third ranked TB Herobears (8-4) 114-105. TB Herobears forced 19 GhostHawks turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. TB Herobears brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Ramon Galloway (190-91, college: La Salle) who led the winners and scored 40 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import power forward Diamond Stone (210-97, college: Maryland) accounted for 21 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side. Costa Rican-Belizean Charles Garcia (208-88, college: Seattle) came up with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized American power forward Will Artino (211-92, college: Creighton) added 24 points and 12 rebounds respectively for GhostHawks in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. GhostHawks' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. TB Herobears maintains third place with 8-4 record having five points less than leader Kaohsiung A. GhostHawks lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with ten games lost. TB Herobears will play against Suns (#4) in Taichung in the next round. GhostHawks will play at home against Leopards and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
