Not a big story in a game when 5th ranked Fukuoka R. (15-20) was defeated on the road by first ranked FE Nagoya (29-4) 91-80 on Saturday. FE Nagoya looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Jeremy Jones (201-96, college: Gonzaga) who had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds. The other American import forward Scootie Randall (198-90, college: Temple) chipped in a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Jamaican center Jerome Jordan (215-86, college: Tulsa, agency: Octagon Europe) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) and American guard Stedmon Lemon (198-92, college: JCSU) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Four Fukuoka R. players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. FE Nagoya have an impressive nine-game winning streak.
