Sagesse dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Atlas' 32. Sagesse forced 19 Atlas turnovers and outrebounded them 39-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Georges El Beyrouty (193-99) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and international point guard Ali Mezher (182-94) who added 17 points and 10 assists during the contest. Five Sagesse players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international guard Bassel Harfouch (193-93, college: Alcorn St.) with 28 points and 5 rebounds and Mohamad Al Malla scored 25 points. Sagesse have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Beirut Club. Atlas lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with eight games lost. They share it with Homentmen.
