An exciting game was when Second ranked Bank of Taiwan faced 4th ranked Yulon Luxgen. Bank of Taiwan (7-2) smashed Yulon Luxgen (2-7) 79-56. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-97, college: NSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds. The other American import swingman Zak Irvin (198-94, college: Michigan) contributed with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Bank of Taiwan's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Guan-Liang Lu (185-90) replied with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-91, college: Portland St.) added 6 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Yulon Luxgen. Bank of Taiwan have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-2 record behind leader Taiwan Beer. Yulon Luxgen lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with seven games lost. Bank of Taiwan will play against league's leader Taiwan Beer in Taipei in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Yulon Luxgen will play against Jeoutai and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
