Regular Season Round 27: Ehime OV - Kumamoto V. 85-84

The most exciting game of round 27 in the B2 League took place in Matsuyama. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 3rd placed Kumamoto V. (16-12) to sixth ranked Ehime OV (11-18) 85-84 on Saturday evening. Ehime OV made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Jordan Hamilton (201-90, college: Texas) who recorded 26 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and British forward Benjamin Lawson (216-95, college: WKU) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Five Kumamoto V. players scored in double figures. Ehime OV maintains sixth place with 11-18 record. Kumamoto V. at the other side keeps the third position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
