No shocking result in a game when second ranked Nagoya DD (17-7) outleveled on the road 6th ranked Osaka E. (12-12) 108-84 on Wednesday. Nagoya DD dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Osaka E.'s 34. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Coty Clarke (201-92, college: Arkansas) who scored 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international point guard Takumi Saito (172-95) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Nagoya DD players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard DJ Newbill (193-92, college: Penn St.) who recorded 26 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international forward Ira Brown (193-82, college: Gonzaga) added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively.
