Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Saga B. (14-12) outscored at home 6th ranked Ehime OV (10-17) 101-72 on Wednesday. Saga B. forced 20 Ehime OV turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 63.6 percentage. Saga B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was British forward Myles Hesson (198-90) who scored 29 points and 7 rebounds. Cuban guard Reynaldo Garcia (187-90) chipped in 15 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Five Saga B. players scored in double figures. American-German center Ryan Kriener (208-98, college: Iowa) produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and American power forward Andrew Fitzgerald (202-90, college: Oklahoma) added 21 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Saga B. have an impressive six-game winning streak.
