There was no surprise when 11th ranked Niigata A. (2-22) was defeated at home by ninth ranked Yokohama BC (8-16) 86-75 on Wednesday. Yokohama BC dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Niigata A.'s 30. Yokohama BC forced 19 Niigata A. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. The best player for the winners was Czech Patrik Auda (204-89, college: Seton Hall) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Guard Yuki Kawamura (169-1) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists.
