An interesting game for Barsy Atyrau (9-3) which played road game in Kostanay against 4th placed Tobol (3-9). Second ranked Barsy Atyrau had an easy win 88-73. Barsy Atyrau forced 23 Tobol turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Jordan Watson (188-95, college: West Liberty, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. International center Vladimir Ivanov (205-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. International point guard Shaim Kuanov (181-91) answered with 19 points and 9 assists and international forward Anton Bykov (200-89) added 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) in the effort for Tobol. Barsy Atyrau have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Tobol lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with nine games lost.
