Regular Season Round 15: Nagoya DD - Shimane SM 82-73

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Shimane SM (11-5) against fourth ranked Nagoya DD (9-7) on Saturday night. Visiting Shimane SM was defeated by Nagoya DD in a tough game in Nagoya 73-82. Nagoya DD looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American power forward Scott Eatherton (206-91, college: Northeastern, agency: BeoBasket) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. American-Filipino guard Bobby Ray Parks (193-93, agency: BIG) chipped in 20 points. Four Nagoya DD players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Reid Travis (203-95, college: Kentucky, agency: Pensack Sports) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and Australian Nick Kay (206-92, college: MSU Denver) added 9 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Nagoya DD maintains fourth place with 9-7 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Shimane SM dropped to the second position with five games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
