Not a big story in a game when 9th ranked Tokyo HT (3-5) was rolled over on the road by top-ranked Nagasaki (8-0) 83-61. The winners were led by American forward Matt Bonds (196-95, college: St.Michael's, agency: Duran International) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and guard Ryota Kondo (190-96) supported him with 26 points. Nagasaki's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds by Senegalese forward Bamba Diouf (198-93) did not help to save the game for Tokyo HT. American forward Chris Washburn (203-93, college: TCU) added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Nagasaki have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Iwate. Tokyo HT at the other side keeps the ninth place with five games lost.
