Very important is a road loss of second ranked Hitachi SRT (4-2) against eighth ranked Yokohama BC (3-3) on Sunday night. Visiting Hitachi SRT was defeated by Yokohama BC in a tough game in Yokohama 73-80. Strangely Hitachi SRT outrebounded Yokohama BC 46-34 including a 22-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Czech Patrik Auda (204-89, college: Seton Hall, agency: Octagon Europe) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Masaaki Morikawa (190-92) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) who recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points, 20 rebounds and 4 blocks and his fellow American import forward James McAdoo (206-93, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) added 27 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Hitachi SRT's coach Tsutomu Isa let to play eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Yokohama BC moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Hitachi SRT keeps the second position with two games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
