The game between Top Four teams took place in Tokyo. 4th placed host Tokyo EX (28-10) lost to second ranked Okayama (28-10) 100-85. Okayama shot 32 for 44 from the free-throw line, while Tokyo EX only scored ten points from the stripe. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Okayama. They maintain second place with 28-10 record despite having the same number of points like the leader Aisin AW, which they share with Tokyo EX and Shizuoka. Okayama's next round opponent will be Shizuoka (#4) at home.
