The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Jakarta: Pelita Jaya (#1) and Indonesia P. (#2). Pelita Jaya (15-1) won against visiting Indonesia P. (10-5) 75-70. Pelita Jaya forced 22 Indonesia P. turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Agassi Goantara (189-99) who scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. International center Vincent Kosasih (202-96) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds.
