Regular Season Round 13: Bima Perkasa - Satria Muda 70-76

Not a big story in a game in Sakti where 4th placed Bima Perkasa (7-7) was defeated by first ranked Satria Muda (12-2) 76-70 on Wednesday. Bima Perkasa was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international Arki Wisnu (187-88) stepped up and scored 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and the former international point guard Hardianus Lakudu (175-92) chipped in 8 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side center Frida Susanto (195-86) responded with 25 points and Indra Muhamad (-94) scored 15 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Satria Muda. They maintain first place with 12-2 record. Loser Bima Perkasa keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. Satria Muda will face Satya Wacana (#5) in Salatiga in the next round. Bima Perkasa will play on the road against Prawira in Bandung and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
