Date: April 3, 2021
No shocking result in a game when second ranked Toshiba Thunders (35-14) crushed 9th ranked San-en NeoPhoenix (11-39) in Hamamatsu 103-74 on Saturday. Toshiba Thunders looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 19 passes made by San-en NeoPhoenix's players. It was a very good performance for American power forward Jordan Heath (208-91, college: Canisius, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 blocks. Spanish Pablo Aguilar (203-89) contributed with 23 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five Toshiba Thunders players scored in double figures. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Toshiba Thunders. Defending champion maintains second place with 35-14 record having just two point less than leader Tochigi B. San-en NeoPhoenix lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 39 games lost. Toshiba Thunders will have a break next round.
