Top ranked Tochigi B. (35-10) recorded its tenth loss on the court of fourth ranked Toyama G. on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by Toyama G. 90-85. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Tochigi B.. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Four Tochigi B. players scored in double figures. Tochigi B.'s coach Ryuzo Anzai tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Toyama G. have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Sea Horses M. Tochigi B. at the other side still keeps top position with ten games lost. Toyama G. is looking forward to face Yokohama BC (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Tochigi B. will play against San-en NeoPhoenix (#9) and is hoping to win this game.
