The game in was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Yulon Luxgen (15-8) played at the court of 5th ranked Pauian (5-17). Yulon Luxgen managed to secure a 4-point victory 72-68. Strangely Pauian outrebounded Yulon Luxgen 51-34 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was guard Guan-Liang Lu (185-90) who scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard Li Kai-Yan (182-93) chipped in 9 points and 8 assists. Center Dan Qiao (200-92) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 21 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Jun-Xiang Lu (188-97) added 15 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Yulon Luxgen. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Yulon Luxgen maintains second place with 15-8 record having three points less than leader Taiwan Beer. Pauian at the other side stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost. Yulon Luxgen's next round opponent will be Jutai Techn. (#4). Pauian will play against the league's leader Taiwan Beer and hope to win that game.
