Shimane Magic defeated Hitachi Sunrockers 88-77 on Saturday. Shimane Magic looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American players dominated the game. Forward Reid Travis (203-95, college: Kentucky, agency: Pensack Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 42 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. Forward Perrin Buford (198-94, college: MTSU, agency: Pensack Sports) contributed with 9 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Center Charles Jackson (208-93, college: Tenn Tech) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds and forward James McAdoo (206-93, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) added 12 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Hitachi Sunrockers. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Shimane Magic have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 15-24 record, which they share with Shiga L-Stars and Shinshu BW. Hitachi Sunrockers lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the third place with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
