Another exciting game was again a derby match of two local teams from Bishkek: Legion (#3) and Politekhnik (#6). Legion (5-3) won against visiting Politekhnik (1-7) 70-63. Politekhnik was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 19-11 charge of Legion, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was center Stas Lukonin (206-88) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Baish Adiev (192-90) chipped in 22 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was center Nikolay Bobrov (190-0) who recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Syimyk Esenaliev (181-0) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Legion maintains third place with 5-3 record having just one point less than leader Alga, which they share with Gines-29 Jr. Politekhnik lost their fifth game in a row. They dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost.
