Fourth ranked Al Wakrah (6-2) crushed at home 8th ranked Al Khor (1-7) by 36 points 100-64, which is the biggest margin this round. Al Wakrah dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Al Khor's 24. They outrebounded Al Khor 52-28 including a 36-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Al Wakrah players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Al Khor's players. It was a good game for international forward Abdelrahman Abdelhaleem (205-96) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Nick Stover (198-93, college: USA) contributed with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners.
