Nepal - Mongolia 42-77
Mongolia eased past Nepal to improve at 3-1 record in the Asian Games preliminary round. Solongo Bayasgalan (186-F-90) and Ganzul Davaasuren (170-G-88) came up with 15 point each to pace Mongolia to the victory. Mongolia piled up a 43:18 halftime lead and protected it well throughout the second half. Enkhdelger Gereltsolmon (180-C-89) tossed in 12 points and collected 8 rebounds for the winners. Sneha Shrestha (156-C-95) responded with 15 points and 9 rebounds for Nepal.
