New Zealand are the first finalists in Jordan. They overcame China in the semifinal clash earlier today. China secured a narrow 30-29 halftime lead. But the Junior Tall Blacks erupted for 57 points in the second half to snatch a key victory at the end. Carter Hopoi (206-F-2006) produced 24 points and 13 rebounds, while Tamatoa Isaac (188-G-2006) added 20 points and 10 rebounds for New Zealand. Ruiqi Duan (191-G-2006) and Boyuan Zhang (204-F-2007) banked in 15 points each for China.

Australia - Jordan 94-42
Australia advanced into the title game as they eased past hosting Jordan tonight. The Emus piled up a 57-26 halftime lead. They followed with a 25-5 run in the fourth period to ice the victory. Luke Fennell (198-G/F-2006) posted 24 points, while Emmett Adair (205-C-2006) added 14 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Saif Saleh (F-2006) netted 14 points for Jordan.
