Group A
Kazakhstan - Iran 54-86
Iran cruised past Kazakhstan to take the second straight win in Group A. Amir Rezae posted 17 points and 14 rebounds in the victory. Iran accumulated a 55:34 halftime lead. Iran held Kazakhstan to 20 points in the second half and cruised to the win. Matin Aghajanpour (199-PF-01) had 15 points for the winners. Anuar Shakirov (180-PG-00) answered with 21 points for Kazakhstan.

Indonesia - Japan 53-86
Japan marched past Indonesia to stay perfect in Nonthaburi. Keisei Tominaga (180-G-01) netted 17 points to lead the charge. Japan secured a 40:22 halftime lead. They went on a strong 46:31 second half run to ensure the winning outcome. Yuki Kawamura (169-G-01) posted 11 points in the win. Aldy Rachman (190-C-00) answered with 14 points for Indonesia.

Group B
United Arab Emirates - Philippines 49-92
Philippines fired past UAE to gain the second consecutive win in Nonthaburi. Ariel Edu (210-C-00) tallied 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winning team. Philippines posted a 50:31 halftime lead. They held UAE to just 18 points in the second half and coasted to the win. Kai Sotto tossed in 14 points for the winners. Mohamed Alhashmi answered with 18 points for UAE.

Lebanon - China 52-100
China eased past Lebanon to gain the second straight win in Group B. Michael Wang (208-F-00) stepped up with 19 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. China accumulated a 54:20 halftime lead. China went on a 28:9 run in the third term to clear off for good. Haowen Guo (201-F-00) and Borun Li (188-G-00) added 16 points each for the winners. Paolo Bedikian (180-PG-00) answered with 10 points for Lebanon.

Group C
Bahrain - Australia 42-107
Samson Froling (210-F/C-00) posted 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead Australia to a convincing win over Bahrain. The Emus recorded a massive 50:26 halftime lead. Australia held Bahrain to only 16 points in the second half to ease to the win. Keli Leaupepe (187-PF-00) and Kody Slattmann tossed in 12 points each in the victory. Ghanem Nawaf (189-C-00) and Muzamil Hamoda (198-G-02) responded with 8 points each for Bahrain.

Thailand - New Zealand 47-89
New Zealand beat hosting Thailand to remain undefeated at the tournament. Samuel Mennenga (204-SF-01) came up with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the Kiwis. New Zealand established a comfortable 40:23 halftime lead. They ignited a 35:10 run in the third term to claim an unassailable lead. Tomas Higgins (196-F-00) dropped 11 points for New Zealand. Panupong Janchai (196-C-00) answered with 8 points for Thailand.

Group D
India - South Korea 95-134
South Korea breezed past India to improve at 2-0 record at the tournament. Hyunjung Lee (192-F-00) came up with 30 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning squad. South Korea posted a 70:44 halftime advantage. They added 64 points in the second half and rallied to a well-deserved win at the end. Bae Jiung (188-F-00) notched 24 points in the victory. Rajeev Kumar (190-SG-01) answered with 40 points for India.

Syria - Taiwan 62-92
Taiwan recorded the second consecutive win as they edged Syria. Yan-Ting Lin posted 24 points to pace the effort. Taiwan eked out a 23:16 lead after ten minutes. Syria pulled within 2 points at the big break. But Taiwan unleashed 60 points in the second half to cruise to the win. Ma Chien-Hao (197-C-01) and Lin Lin delivered 15 points each for the winners. Nazem Kassas (191-F-00) replied with 20 points for Syria.
