Regular Season Round 13: Taiyuan T. - Taipower 45-50

WSBL round 13 most important game was a victory of Taipower over 4th placed Taiyuan T. 50-45 on Friday night. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Qin-Yu Huang (168) who helped to win the game recording 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. point guard Rui-Zhen Song (160) contributed with 10 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Power's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The former international center Wen-Yu Lin (180-1995) answered with 20 points and 5 rebounds and center Wei-Qing Liao (180) added 7 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Taiyuan Textile. Taipower maintains third place with 5-8 record having six points less than leader Cathay Life. Taiyuan T. lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with nine games lost. Taipower are looking forward to face league's leader Cathay Life in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Taiyuan T. will play against the league's second-placed Chunghua T. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
