Taiyuan Textile made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game, while Cathay Life only scored four points from the stripe. Taiyuan Textile forced 22 Cathay Life turnovers. German center Marie Guelich (194-1994, college: Oregon St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and the former international center Wen-Yu Lin (180-1995) chipped in 16 points (made all of her eight free throws).
