No shocking result in a game when third rankedKings (22-18) crushed bottom-ranked Steelers (9-30) 121-82 on Saturday. Kings dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Steelers ' 28. They outrebounded Steelers 73-36 including a 25-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Kings looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Steelers ' players. American center Wendell Lewis (203-1989, college: Alabama St.) nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import swingman Kenny Manigault (195-1991, college: Pikeville) accounted for 19 points and 9 rebounds. Five Kings players scored in double figures. International point guard Yu-Wei Chen (183-1999) came up with 21 points and 4 assists and the former international guard Lu-Hsiang Wang (185-1997, college: Huntington) added 17 points respectively for Steelers in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kings maintains third place with 22-18 record having four points less than leader Pilots. Steelers lost fifth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 30 lost games.
