No shocking result in a game when first rankedTaiyuan Textile (23-4) beat bottom-ranked Taipower (5-22) 83-65 on Saturday. Taiyuan T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. International center Tieh Lin (182-1999) nailed a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and forward Pin-Zhen Huang (179-1989) accounted for 19 points. The former international Yi-Wen Zhang (173-1996) came up with 13 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and Wei-Qing Liao added 10 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Taipower in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Taiyuan T. maintains first place with 23-4 record. Taipower lost their third game in a row. They stay dead last with 22 lost games.
