Top ranked Kings (24-11) recorded its eleventh loss against fifth ranked Steelers on Sunday night. Steelers were defeated by fifth ranked Steelers (15-21) 116-110. Steelers dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Kings' 50. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 28 personal fouls committed by Kings helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Naturalized American point guard Jeremy Lin (191-1988, college: Harvard) fired a triple-double by scoring 50 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners. American center Wendell Lewis (208-1989, college: Alabama St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds. The former international power forward Quincy Davis (203-1983, college: Tulane) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds and guard Joseph Lin (186-1992, college: Hamilton) added 15 points and 11 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Kings' coach Ryan Marchand rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Steelers have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Dreamers. Kings lost third consecutive game. They still keep top position with 11 games lost. Steelers is again looking forward to face league's leader Kings in Taipei in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Kings will play at home against Lioneers and are hoping to win this game.
