Very expected game when 6th rankedEgis (19-20) lost on the road to second ranked Anyang (25-14) 91-79 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for the former international point guard Jihoon Park (184-1995) who led the winners and scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Johnny OBryant III (207-1993, college: LSU, agency: Slash Sports) accounted for 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Four Anyang players scored in double figures. The former international guard Hoon Heo (181-1995) came up with 23 points and 9 assists and American forward Shawn Long (208-1993, college: Louisiana, agency: Pensack Sports) added 14 points and 11 rebounds respectively for KCC Egis in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Anyang maintains second place with 25-14 record having just three points less than leader LG Sakers, which they share with Wonju DB. Loser Egis dropped to the fifth position with 20 games lost. They share it with Suwon KT.
