There was a minor upset whenWonju DB was edged at home by Sakers 82-79 on Sunday. LG Sakers outrebounded Wonju DB 41-27 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Sakers' coach Sung-Won Cho used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. American center Henry Ellenson (208-1997, college: Marquette) produced 23 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and his fellow American import guard Ethan Alvano (185-1996, college: CSUSM) added 13 points and 6 assists respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
