Regular Season Round 39: KoGas - Sono SG 81-82

There was a minor upset in Inchon where 7th rankedKoGas (20-30) were edged by ninth ranked Skygunners (16-34) 82-81 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was forward Jeong-Hyeon Lee (187-1999) who scored 35 points (!!!) and 4 assists (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Skygunners' coach Byong-Chul Kim used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was Canadian Andrew Nicholson (206-1989, college: St.Bonaventure) who recorded 36 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and Juyoung Shin (-2002) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Sono SG moved-up to eighth place. Loser KoGas keep the seventh position with 30 games lost.
