Very expected game when 5th rankedEgis (24-22) were defeated on the road by first ranked Wonju DB (37-10) 115-104 on Saturday. Wonju DB shot 61.4 percent from the field. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Wonju DB made 11 blocks. At the losing side American Alize Johnson (206-1996, college: Missouri St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international center Seung-Hyun Lee (201-1992) scored 24 points and 4 assists. Four Wonju DB and five KCC Egis players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Wonju DB . They maintain first place with 37-10 record. Loser Egis keep the fifth position with 22 games lost.
