The most surprising game was a loss of top-rankedWonju DB (25-6) at the home court on Tuesday night. Hosts were defeated by eighth ranked Skygunners (10-20) 94-88 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Wonju DB. Sono SG forced 19 Wonju DB turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard Ho-Bin Han (181-1991) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Skygunners' coach Byong-Chul Kim used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international forward SangJae Kang (202-1994) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and American power forward Dedric Lawson (206-1997, college: Kansas) added 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Wonju DB. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Sono SG maintains eighth place with 10-20 record, which they share with KoGas. Wonju DB at the other side still keeps top position with six games lost.
