No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Seoul Knights (15-13) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Seoul Thunders (10-18) 86-67 on Sunday. Seoul Knights outrebounded Seoul Thunders 43-32 including 32 on the defensive glass. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) nailed a double-double by scoring 25 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Il-Young Heo (197-1985) accounted for 12 points. Four Seoul Knights players scored in double figures. American-Lebanese power forward Jonathan Arledge (207-1991, college: ODU) came up with 18 points and 8 rebounds and center Weon-Seok Lee (203-2000) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Seoul Thunders in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains fourth place with 15-13 record. Seoul Thunders lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 18 games lost. Seoul Knights will meet KCC Egis (#5) in the next round. Seoul Thunders will play against KoGas (#9) in Inchon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
