Rather predictable result in Seoul where sixth ranked Goyang Orions (27-27) smashed bottom-ranked Samsung Th. (9-44) 101-72 on Tuesday. Goyang Orions looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Murphy Holloway (201-1990, college: Ole Miss, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 16 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals (perfect from the field making all six shots). The former international forward Dae-Sung Lee (192-1990, college: BYU-Hawaii) chipped in 23 points. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international point guard Si-Rae Kim (179-1989) who recorded 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and Woo-sung Jo added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Four Samsung Th. players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Goyang Orions maintains sixth place with 27-27 record. Samsung Th. lost thirteenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 44 lost games.
