The game in Doha was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Al Wakrah (7-5) played at the court of 6th ranked Qatar Club (5-7). Al Wakrah managed to secure a 5-point victory 78-73 on Wednesday. Four Al Wakrah players scored in double figures. Even 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists by naturalized Senegalese forward Alioune Ndoye (199-1986) did not help to save the game for Qatar Club. American guard Sindou Diallo (194-2000, college: Montana Tech) added 25 points. Al Wakrah moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Al Gharafa. Qatar Club lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with seven games lost. Al Wakrah will meet at home Al Shamal (#8) in the next round.
