Semi-Finals Game 2: SM Beermen - Ginebra Kings 93-84

Beermen outrebounded Kings 54-41 including 18 on the offensive glass. Beermen looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. June Mar Fajardo orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 23 rebounds. Jeron Alvin Teng contributed with 13 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Five Beermen players scored in double figures. American Stephen Holt (193-1991, college: SMC) replied with 18 points and 5 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and guard Rhon Jhay Abarrientos (181-1999) added 18 points in the effort for Kings. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
