There was no surprise when 9th rankedAlmtayleb (1-9) was crushed on the road by third ranked Azour (8-2) 101-62 on Saturday. Azour dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Almtayleb 's 26. They outrebounded Almtayleb 52-28 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Azour looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Almtayleb 's players. American forward LeLe Grissett (188, college: S.Carolina) had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Sabrina Haines (178-1997, college: Kentucky) chipped in 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Five Azour players scored in double figures. Azour's coach felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American Aliyah Matharu (170-2001, college: Baylor) responded with 38 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds and Mexican Aixchel Hernandez (185-2003, college: CS Fullerton) scored 9 points and 11 rebounds. Azour have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 8-2 record behind leader Al Riyadi. Almtayleb lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with nine games lost.
