The game in Zahle supposed to be quite interesting. Fourth ranked Al Riyadi (7-1) played at the court of 8th ranked Atlas (2-6). Al Riyadi smashed Atlas 92-69 on Sunday. Al Riyadi made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. Al Riyadi outrebounded Atlas 47-33 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American Ricky Ledo (201-1992, college: Providence, agency: Slash Sports) scored 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Wael Arakji (194-1994) chipped in 19 points and 8 assists during the contest. Five Al Riyadi players scored in double figures. Al Riyadi's coach George Geagea felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American guard Myles Carter (185-1999, college: Delaware St.) responded with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and his fellow American import forward Sidney Wilson (201-1999, college: SIUE, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 blocks. Al Riyadi have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Dynamo. Atlas lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. Al Riyadi's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Beirut to the arena Antranik.
