Everything could happen in Zahle at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Atlas and 6th ranked Beirut Club had identical 3-2 record. This time Atlas used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Beirut 76-56. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Marc Abi Kheres (197-94) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 7 rebounds and Jean-Marc Jarrouge who added 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. The former international forward Patrick Bou Abboud (199-87) responded with 12 points and 6 rebounds and the former international point guard Rodrigue Akl (187-88) scored 8 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Atlas (4-2) moved-up to second place, which they share with Champville and Hoops. Beirut Club lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Moutahed. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
