Legion clinched the third position as they beat Politekhnik in the decider. Strangely Politekhnik outrebounded Legion 55-35 including a 26-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for guard Baish Adiev (192-1990) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international center Nikita Boyko (-1995) helped adding 8 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was center Nikolay Bobrov (190-2000) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 17 rebounds and Adilet Keneshbekov scored 16 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
