Almaty L. had a 36-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard Elijah Hardy (188-1999, college: CSUSB) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws) for the winners. Forward Nazim Adylbekov (200-2001) chipped in 10 points and 7 rebounds. Hardy is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American forward Marty Jackson (198-2000, college: St.Leo) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds and guard Akylbek Oralbekov (186-2002) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
