Al Faisaly dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Al Iglizia 's 40. Al Faisaly forced 20 Al Iglizia turnovers and outrebounded them 56-45 including 21 on the offensive glass. Al Faisaly players were unselfish on offense dishing 33 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Al Iglizia 's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. American-Palestinian guard Brian Halums (196-1997, college: UAFS, agency: The Crew A.M.) nailed a double-double by scoring 29 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks for the winning side and American Daniel Hamilton (201-1995, college: UConn) accounted for 14 points, 9 rebounds, 13 assists and 5 steals. Five Al Faisaly players scored in double figures.
